How to Wash Your Hands with Soap
SOAP AID is a not-for-profit organisation founded in Australia with a dual humanitarian and environmental mission. The primary focus is to save and improve the lives of children in disadvantaged communities through the facilitation of improved hygiene practices. At the same time, Soap Aid aims to reduce environmental degradation by recycling and reprocessing unused soap collected from hotels.
We travelled to India to meet with Soap Aid partners and see how initiatives operate on a local level. Community leaders spoke of a need to create educational content that depicts real people in an Indian context. We adapted paper brochures to create this playful, yet informative video as an education tool to help public health workers. It’s one of the most fun projects we have ever worked on.

“Dillon is more than just a filmmaker, he is a one-man production company. With his meticulous attention to detail and love of storytelling, he transformed the way that our brand communicates by creating these beautiful and compelling films. Most importantly, he is kind, empathetic and knows how to connect with people no matter where they come from or what language they speak.”
