The weekly CARRIAGEWORKS Farmers Market is a Sydney institution, providing the freshest seasonal produce from the best growers and producers around NSW.
We teamed up with CARRIAGEWORKS, in partnership with SMEG Australia, to develop a multi-year still and video series that explores the exceptional places and people behind the food.
Anna Maria of Pasta Emilia is from the Emilia-Ramagna region in Italy where her father was a farmer and wine maker. She brings flavours and culinary techniques of the area to her cooking, including silky egg pasta, tortellini, ravioli, balsamic vinegar, prosciutto and grana Padano. Her Osteria, Cooking School and kitchen in Surry Hills serves organic Italian cuisine, available to take home from the Carriageworks Farmers Market.
